How do I create a Big Mountain Studio Account?

If you have ever gotten a book from us then you already have an account.

If not, the easiest way to create an account is to sign up for a free product. Then you will be prompted to create a username and password.

How much money are we talking about?

The default commission is 50%. Here are some examples (rounded):

  • $34 Book - $17 commission

  • $55 Book - $27.50 commission

  • $97 Book - $48.50 commission

Why do I need a PayPal account?

The platform I use to sell my products only has PayPal integration for the partner program (they call it the affiliate program).

What is a realistic conversion rate?

I have almost four years of data built up and on average 1.3% of the people who click on your social post will buy. This means 1 to 2 people out of every 100 who click your post and come to my website will actually buy.

So if you have 1,000 followers/subscribers/students/etc, that make it to my website, then you are looking to make anywhere from $200-$400 if all they buy is one book. And that could be from just one post/mention.

How often you post your partner link could also increase conversions.

Upon doing research this looks to be about the average conversion rate through social media. But what you say can definitely increase sales.

We have found that creating curiosity is a great way to get people to click your link.

What if I don't have a social media following?

That's OK, I'll help you grow one!

Studies in marketing suggest that on average a person has to see an ad, post, or social media mention SEVEN times before they click on it.

So you might want to do a campaign where you post or mention my products seven times to increase the number of clicks on your link.
